Returns and Cancellations
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Posybloom Boutique to discuss further options immediately.
In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement.
To request a replacement, Posybloom Boutique must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery.
Bear in mind that flowers are perishable and proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to water and take care of the arrangements. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 48 hours of the original delivery date.
Posybloom Boutique reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent.
Should any customer place an order through Posybloom Boutique and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.
Posybloom Boutique is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
To complete your return, please email us at and we will respond promptly with instructions on where to post your items.
Gift ware Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 days, please contact us at to confirm that we have sent it through.
If we have, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund shows up on your statement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that your item has arrived. This email will also notify you if your return meets all the above outlined criteria and whether it has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days, although we strive to achieve this process as promptly as possible and your refund is likely to appear in your account earlier than this.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns Shipping Cost
Please note all returns are shipped at the customers own cost unless the reason for return is due to our error, i.e. wrong item/s supplied or item/s are faulty. We recommend keeping your postage receipt and using a track and trace method of shipping to avoid conflict should the item go missing in transit.

All personal information collected from your use of this websites is held in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1993
We will not use any information collected about you from your use of this website unless you have actively agreed to it being used in a specific manner. We will not contact you to discuss a product or service unless you have expressly requested that contact. Posybloom Boutique takes care to ensure that it adheres to the provisions of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and will only collect and use information from you on this website in accordance with the Act and the Privacy Act 1993.
We will not under any circumstances release, sell, publish, or give away personal information to any other person or organisation unless required by law or subject to the consent of the information supplier. Information obtained from website users may be collated and used for statistical purposes, but will not identify the user in any way.
